Oral Presentations

Presentation language
All contributions must be in English. The time provided for each presentation is 12 minutes, additional 3 minutes for Q&A, for a total of 15 minutes. The presenters are requested to keep the scheduled presentation time.

Presentation format
The slides size coud be either in 16:9 or 4:3 format. Please convert your presentation (Powerpoint, Apple Keynote or Prezi) into PDF files to avoid problem of software version. When saving your final presentation do not forget to make sure to include your video files and all links to these multimedia files.

Speakers’ Preview room
Notice that each conference room is equipped with a computer, visual display, and audio system. Please note that your presentation file must be uploaded in the Speakers' Preview Room on the day before your talk.
Please note there is no way to use your own computer for the presentation: you will NOT BE ABLE to connect it. Please name your file with the presenting author, for example “Miller.pdf”.

When the chair is calling you, you will find easily your file on the computer in the lecture room and you will advance your own slideshow using the remote control. You will be assisted by a technician, who will help you to share the presentation online.
All speakers are requested to be present in the lecture room 5 minutes before the session starts to meet with the chairman of the session.
